A little recycle\/upcycle fun craft created with discarded candelabra bulbs covered with tissue paper painted with acrylic paints. A styrofoam ball cut in half with a polymer clay face added and paper petals. Wire cover with tissue and painted create some arms holding paper flowers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
