When you have a good friend who loves to shop and has just about everything it is difficult to purchase a gift for that person. So because I love to paint I decided to paint a gift for her that was not only hand painted but on a unique surface – an ostrich egg ! I sat in my studio and painted a view of the Indian River Lagoon that we both see everyday, and love. I feel like I shared a little bit of myself with someone who means so much to me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
